Membership Types

General Membership $35.00
This level of membership is best suited for individuals who have an interest in furthering the mission of Delaware Stonewall. In addition to your financial support we encourage you to take a more active role by volunteering on one of our committees.

Household Membership $60.00
A household membership is designed for couples who both support the efforts and mission of Delaware Stonewall. Members should be living at the same address. We encourage members to take a more active role by offering your talents in one of our volunteer areas.

Friend of Stonewall $10.00 - $500.00
For individuals who do not meet the qualifications for becoming a member of Stonewall your financial support is greatly appreciated and will be put to good use to further the mission of our Club. In advance we thank you for your financial generosity.

Let’s Make a Deal
Your inability to pay the membership fee should not be a deterrent to becoming a member of Stonewall. What makes a good Stonewall member is your passion around our mission and ability to provide your support as a volunteer. We will trade you an annual membership for 10 hours of volunteering.

Eligibility

Any person who is a registered Democrat or, if temporarily unable to register as a Democrat, has expressed the intent to register as a Democrat, and who subscribes to the stated mission of the DSDC shall be eligible for membership in the Club.

Membership diversity is encouraged in all aspects of the Club. Representation from all three Delaware counties is also encouraged.

Dues are payable when a person joins the Club and at the beginning of each January thereafter.

Benefits

Membership in Delaware Stonewall Democrats is an act of passion and commitment to further the rights of the GLBT community in Delaware. We are a committed group of citizens who enjoy the political, educational and social opportunities. The greatest benefit that most of our members speak about is the people they meet, the relationships they make and the impact they make on the Delaware Community at large. Stonewall is very committed to building bridges with other organizations who support our mission and vice versa. We provide opportunities to meet individuals you might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. This is our strength.

Additionally all members will receive:

- a subscription to our electronic newsletter
- an invitation to attend all Stonewall events and other events important to our mission
- invitations to special member only receptions
